If you need storage container rental alongside portable toilets, we'll price that separately.
Ask questions about how many porta potties you need based on your headcount. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets minimum toilet counts for construction: 1 toilet per 20 workers or fewer; 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up; 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. If the quote doesn't match your budget, tell us. We can suggest a shorter rental period, fewer service visits, or a smaller dumpster. Payment and terms
Quotes are binding for 7 days unless the market shifts. A deposit holds your reservation. We accept all major cards and invoice for the final balance. Cancellation more than 14 days before delivery is refunded in full. Cancellation within 14 days is subject to a service fee as outlined in your quote. If your project date moves, we'll rebook at no extra charge if equipment is available.
Quotes include one service visit per week for porta potty rental. We'll pump the tank, restock supplies like toilet paper and hand soap per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), and empty waste. Extra visits cost more and appear as a line item. Dumpster rental is static pricing; no per-pound fees apply.
A quote is not a contract until you reply with an acceptance. Once you do, Plano Porta Pros will send a rental agreement, confirm your setup address, and schedule delivery.
Why do quotes take until the next business day?
We check equipment availability across our fleet and confirm whether your Plano address requires a permit for dumpster or fence placement. Permit rules vary by zone, and we verify that before we quote.
Can I change my quote after I get it?
